We are a Professional MMA gym. We have several program for all ages from preschool aged kids to adults. We offer an After-School Club where we pick up your child or children from school and bring them to our gym until you get off work. Preschool aged kids have classes 2 days a week in which this gets them ready for the Kids Class.  Our kids will learn Discipline, self-control, and how to defend their selves.  We offer Jiujitsu classes on Monday and Wednesday nights for kids and adults 10 and up. Our new IKick fitness class is starting up on January 2nd 2012. First 10 to sign up get a free IKick t-shirt. This is a high intensity kickboxing aerobic workout tailored for women but intense enough for men and also fighters.  Our Martial Arts system consists of Self-Defense, Arnis, Jiujitsu, Submission Wrestiling, Boxing, and Kickboxing.  If you are interested in learning any skills that we offer please give us a call today.
